Privacy policy
Unifictional LLC (“we”) runs this client portal at unifictional-portal.com, where our clients follow their website, hosting, SEO and marketing work. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
- Your account: your name and email address. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We never see your Google password.
- Your business: what you tell us about it, your website address, the services you buy and the files you send.
- Payments: Square processes card payments. We see the amount and status of each payment, never your full card number.
- Accounts you connect: if you give us access to Google Search Console, Analytics, Business Profile, Facebook or Instagram, we read the reports needed to do the work you hired us for.
- Usage: basic logs (pages visited, errors, browser type) that keep the portal working and secure.
How we use it
Only to provide and bill for our services: to sign you in, build and host your website, run the marketing you chose, send you reports and receipts, and answer your messages. We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
The services that run the portal for us, each only for that purpose: Supabase (accounts and data), Vercel (hosting), Square (payments), Google (sign-in and the Google accounts you connect), Anthropic (AI writing and website building) and Gmail (email). We may also share information if the law requires it.
Keeping and deleting it
We keep your information while you are a client and for as long as we need it for records and taxes afterwards. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, or to disconnect any account you linked, at any time.
Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
